GIFT/EXPERIENCE VOUCHER

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase.  The purchaser or recipient of a Gift/Experience Voucher can make a booking at any time during this period.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against all products and are not limited to the flight experience suggested on the Voucher.  The cost payable will be the then current price of the particular flight experience at the date of the booking. 

If the flight experience selected exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card at the time of booking.

All Gift Voucher prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.

GIFT VOUCHER REFUNDS

If you have purchased an Experience Voucher from Adelaide Biplanes, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date if you have a change of mind.  The refund excludes any delivery or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase. The change of mind refund applies to Gift Voucher only and excludes physical products.  The refund will be processed back to the purchaser only.

DELIVERY POLICY

All Gift Vouchers are written by hand and posted via Australia Post.  If you require the voucher immediately due to time constraints then we are happy to scan and email a copy of the actual voucher that is being posted to your address.  Lost vouchers or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
